Prompt Financial Plan Management (ABN 91 660 610 686) respects your privacy. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the NDIS Practice Standards.
What we collect

- Your NDIS number and plan details
- Information about your providers and the supports you receive
- Invoices and payment records
Why we collect it
We use your information only to provide plan management: to check and pay invoices, make claims with the NDIS, prepare your statements and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to manage your plan — for example with the NDIA and with your providers about their invoices — or when the law requires it. We never sell your information.
How we keep it safe
We keep your records secure and only allow access to staff who need it to manage your plan. We keep records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet our legal and NDIS record-keeping obligations, then dispose of them securely.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Call 1300 765 573 or email admin@pfpm.com.au.
Website and contact form
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter so we can reply. Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a form service that sends your details to us by email. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Please contact us first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
