Complaints & Feedback

We want to hear from you — good or bad. Your feedback helps us do better.

How to give feedback or make a complaint

You can ask someone you trust, like a family member, carer or advocate, to help you or to contact us for you. If you need an interpreter, call TIS National on 131 450.

What happens next

We will let you know promptly that we have received your complaint, work with you to fix it, and keep you updated. Making a complaint will not affect the service you receive from us.

If you are not happy with our response

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission:
